We offer the most competitive pricing in the industry along with fast turnaround times, hassle free service and various image processing solutions suitable for all manner of clients whether they be web/graphic design companies, photography studios, advertising companies or even individuals.

4. What exactly is a "Clipping Path"? Open or Close

Hand drawn using the industry standard Adobe Photoshop Pen Tool, a Clipping Path is a non printing outline embedded into an image for the purpose of removing or isolating selected sections of the image.
5. How do you calculate your pricing? Open or Close

The pricing depends on both the Category of the image being processed and the Service Level being selected by the client. For more information please visit the Levels & Pricing page.
6. Do you offer discounts? Open or Close

We offer all new clients a special 50% discount for upto 30 days from the date of their registration.

We also offer special volume discounts for clients who submit more than 200 images per month to work on. If this sounds like you please contact us for a personalised price offer.
7. Can I test your Deep Etching service? Open or Close

Yes, we offer a free trial where you can test upto 3 images for free.

You will need to visit Sign Up and submit a Clipping Path Free Trial request. Once your request has been approved, you will be sent instructions on how to upload your Deep Etching test images.
8. Can I test your other image processing services? Open or Close

9. What are the image formats accepted by you? Open or Close

We accept the following image formats:

JPG, BMP, TIFF, PSD, EPS, AI, PDF & RAW.
10. How can I send my images to you? Open or Close

There are 3 ways to send your images.

1. Via a Dropbox shared folder

2. Via WeTransfer

2. Via a FTP user account

11. What happens after I send my images to you? Open or Close

We will first process the submitted information, create a job and then check and assess the images provided after which we will send the client an email with the assigned job number and the price estimate. Clippingpath.lk will start work on the actual images only after the price estimate has been agreed upon and the client approval has been received.

Please note that emails requesting further details will be sent if the instructions provided are not sufficient enough or if there are issues regarding the job, the service level selected or the images.
12. What if I need to cancel an already approved job? Open or Close

Simply send us an email requesting a job cancellation for the relevant job number. Please note, however, that we will be compelled to charge you for any images processed and already completed before the cancellation request was received.
13. How soon will I get my images back? Open or Close

This simply depends on the Service Level selected by you during the image submission process.

Eg: If the client has selected the 24Hrs Service Level, the job will be completed and available for download within 24 hours after the client approval has been given.
14. Will I be informed once the images are ready? Open or Close

Yes. We will inform you via email once the job has been completed and the images are ready to be downloaded.
15. What if I require any re-correction to the work done by you? Open or Close

Simply reply back detailing all your concerns within 3 days and if there is an actual error on our part, we will do the necessary adjustments free of charge until you're satisfied. Please be aware however that Clippingpath.lk will not be responsible or liable for situations arising due to incorrect erroneous or incomplete details submitted by the client during the image submission & job creation process.
16. Will you be deleting my images after the job has been completed? Open or Close

All original source files and processed images ready for download are stored on our servers for up-to thirty (30) days from the date of the job completion after which they will be removed.
17. Can I trust you with my images? Open or Close

Most certainly. Data security & confidentiality is given high priority at Clippingpath.lk hence we will not use, sell or share your images or data with any other third party without your consent. We will also as mentioned above remove all of your images and source files from our servers after a fixed amount of time period from the date of the job completion.
18. How do I make payment? Open or Close

Clippingpath.lk uses Payoneer, an online payment gateway that provides global payment solutions to millions of users in more than 200 countries and transactions in more than 150 currencies.

Once a project has been completed successfully, we will send you a payment request and the invoice via Payoneer. Please note that payment will be expected within 30 days of the invoice date.
19. How do I sign up for your services? Open or Close

Simply click on the Sign Up link and fill in the form.

Once your account has been approved you will receive the appropriate login details/folder share invite and additional user account information that will be of use to you.
